To launch the new project, ‘Miss Kiddy And The Cads’ asked us to film 4 songs to showcase their vintage arrangements of modern musical classics. We chose to film and record the picture and sound simultaneously, as opposed to pre-recording, in order to capture an authentic ‘live’ sound and feature their musicianship. To create the vintage look and feel, we payed close attention to the colours at the production design stage, and then enhanced the look in the grade with sepia tones, and a golden glow.
