‘Rise Of The Footsoldier: Vengeance’, which we edited, received a 5 week exclusively theatrical release across major cinema chains in the UK and Ireland, including Odeon, Cineworld, Vue and Showcase. At the opening weekend box office, it was ‘No.1 British Independent Film’, and ‘No.2 British Film’ trailing OSCAR winner ‘Oppenheimer’. On Amazon, it was ‘No.1 of All Content’ the first day of SVOD, ‘No.1 Film’ the 1st week of SVOD, and ‘No.4 of All Content’ the first week of SVOD.

In post-production, we worked closely with director, Nick Nevern, to create the offline edit, crafting the creative vision of the film and managing the Avid offline editing facilities from our London based studio. Once the film was picture-locked, it was then handed over to ‘Lipsync Post’ for the online finishing stages such as visual effects, sound mixing and grading.

We also edited the official trailer for the film in the same capacity.

In addition, we also created the 1 hour ‘behind the scenes’ documentary, ‘Full-On Insanity’, an in-depth exploration of the filmmaking process with interviews from the Cast and Heads of Departments. We managed the full production including directing, filming, editing and grading. The film features on the DVD, Blu-Ray Disk and online.

David’s particularly good at finding the truthfulness of an actor’s performance, with an intuitive feel for timing and understanding the depth of what a scene is really about. With equal dexterity he can build tension, cut action sequences or command an audience’s attention in the softer moments.
